"On June 21st I walked into the office with hopes of activating a new policy which I did. Immediately thereafter within an hour I realized there was a major miscommunication and requested to cancel everything. I'm still 3 weeks later waiting on State Farm to process this cancelation. Every time I call I'm told a other timeline and to wait. Today I was told anytime there is a change to an account it takes State Farm 30 to 45 days to pprocess. IS THIS WHAT COMPANY YOU WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH??? ONE THAT TAKES THIS LONG TO PROCESS A SIMPLE BUSINESS TRANSACTION??? THIS IS SHADY AT BEST. THANK GOD FOR PROGRESSIVE."
